Program description (overview)

Windows family operating systems let the users run multiple tasks at the same time. Multitasking allows to organize working with a computer in the most effective way, making it possible to switch between various tasks and import \ export data easily. However, sometimes there are situations when the taskbar gets overloaded with program icons, which leads to less comfortable work with Windows.

The idea of Tray Manager is to let the computer user to remove unwanted program buttons from taskbar without unloading a program. Instead of closing applications Tray Manager removes the application button from taskbar and places a small icon in system TaskTray.

Tray Manager is the best bet for people who have to work with many applications at a time, especially if some of these applications take much time to load. Now you can run them once, minimize to TaskTray and activate them when you need to with just one mouse click! Of course, all the applications, even those that reside in system TaskTray, occupy some space in physical memory, but taking into account the fact that prices for memory modules dropped down significantly in recent time, memory load is not a problem anymore.

Tray Manager has some special features that make it a unique piece of software:

· The ability to place application buttons to either TaskTray or system menu of any window. You can specify the names of windows to be placed in TaskTray when any of them is minimized using common way (left mouse button).

· It is possible to setup the shortcuts of programs in StartUp folder in such a way that the applications they launch are minimized to TaskTray on Windows startup. Besides that, this is the only way to minimize SDI applications (e.g. Delphi, Photoshop etc.) to system TaskTray, as the right mouse button minimizes only the main window of such applications.

From now on you are in control of your TaskTray!
