The initial outgoing traffic limit is set after the first month of

If the outgoing traffic limit for currently used co-location plan
is exceeded at more than 10 per cent during 1 calendar month the
client is switched to the co-location plan with more traffic limit.
The incoming and outgoing traffic proportions should not exceed
1 to 3. If this limit is exceeded the co-location plan fees are
determined individually for each client. If the total outgoing traffic
is more than 3000 GB per month the co-location plans are determined
individually.
